John Deere 50 tractor steering shaft repair

I am fixing the steering shaft on a 1953 John Deere 50 The shaft was worn down where the bushing was in the steering pedistal so I turned the shaft down on the lathe and built it back up with brazing rod so I could machine it to the proper size again It isn't in the best of shape but is original so I wanted to keep it instead of replacing it Thanks Jeff
