Cleaning Toro Snowthrower I Found To Start Repair

I am starting to check out a Toro Snow Blower Power Clear 418 ZE which is 18-inches wide 87ccOHV 4-cycle engine and electric start I took it out from my basement since it made my basement stink and Here I clean it and get it ready to test and repair I find the spark plug soaked in oil and possible fuel I clean this snowblower by washing the engine snow blades and body This way it shouldn't smell and I have a clean machine to play with and troubleshoot
